Textile

Plastics are used in equipment throughout the manufacturing process for textiles and later on for packaging to be shipped out to the customer. We specialize in wide range of variety for Textile packaging from production of degradable bags to multi-color printed bags.

Take a look around our website at the different polythene products related to this field. Such as the T-Shirt Bag and etc.

TYPES OF MATERIAL

HDPE

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is a polyethylene thermoplastic made from petroleum. It is sometimes called “alkathene” or “polythene”. Examples: Shopping Bags, Garbage Bags, Seat Covers, Liner Bags, Table Sheet (Sofra), Textile Bags (Punch Handle), etc.

LDPE

Produced through free-radical polymerization, Low-density polythene (LDPE) is resistant to impact, moisture, and chemicals. It has the most long-and-short-chain branching of any form of polyethylene, which is the reason for its lower density.

PP

Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic “addition polymer” made from the combination of propylene monomers. It is used to include packaging for consumer products, parts for the automotive industry, and textiles.

BOPP

Biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) is polypropylene film shaped and stretched in both the machine direction and across machine direction. Biaxial orientation increases the plastic strength and clarity.

CPP

Cast polypropylene (CPP) is widely known for its versatility due to its shine, transparency, and high puncture resistance.
